Various causes of headaches
Before finding out the cause, first know that headaches are divided into two types, namely primary headaches and secondary headaches. Now because of the different types, then the causes of your headaches which are sulu and now can also be different.
Causes of primary headaches
This type of primary headache is caused directly by disorders that occur directly in the area outside the head or problems in the structure of the head such as blood vessels or nerves and hormones. The causes of primary headaches are:
The cause of headaches and throbbing headaches typical migraine is not known for sure. However, there are many migraine triggers around you. Starting from hormonal changes such as during menstruation, stress, low blood pressure, alcohol, and caffeine, certain drugs, to bright light and noise.
A tension headache is felt around the forehead or the back of the head to the neck. The cause of this headache is muscle tension in the back of the head and neck. Triggers can be stressful, certain foods, staring at a computer screen for too long, sinus infections, body postures that often bend, to excessive caffeine consumption.
Cluster headaches occur repeatedly and usually last for 15 minutes to 3 hours. This headache can occur suddenly once a day or can be up to 8 times.
The cause is not yet known with certainty, but is thought to be due to abnormalities in the structure of the hypothalamus of the brain. Other triggers are excessive drinking of alcohol, smoking, smelling a pungent odor like paint, or gasoline.
When you experience this type of headache is usually accompanied by several other symptoms such as pain, redness and swelling around the eyes, and excessive tears.
